Therapeutic Philosophy

My philosophy of helping involves the integration of psychological science, theory, and evidence-based practice to assist individuals in making meaningful changes in their lives. I view therapy as a process where we join together to work collaboratively towards your goals. I work from an integrative orientation, which means that I incorporate interventions from different psychotherapies and cultural understandings to individualize treatment. Areas of Practice

I offer an array of services that are uniquely tailored to each individual.

First, I hold a specialization in sport and performance psychology. This involves assessing and treating psychological problems experienced by athletes and other performers in evaluative and pressurized contexts including those in the arts, law, business, military, and emergency responder and medicine professions.
