I am deeply committed to helping people live more authentically. I have experience working with diverse individuals in multiple settings like private mental health clinics, hospitals, university counselling centres, and other high performance contexts like sport organizations and workplaces.
My experiences as an elite soccer player have influenced my identity, as well as my approach to therapy. I enjoy working with passionate and driven people and find that my action-oriented approach is complimentary. Sport and physical activity remain an important component of my life. In my free time, you will find me exercising, socializing, or hanging out with Piccolo, my miniature dachshund.
